Great service by Matty who braided my hair into a bun. Unfortunately I had no appointment, but she kindly accepted me and was very pleasant to talk to. She had a customer already But let me know she would be finished soon. The place smells so nice and is so peaceful. Beautiful African clothes, jewelry and knick knacks to ogle. My hair feels nice and looks better than the picture I showed her. Price is comparable to other places. Overall very pleasant experience and satisfying. I will be back.

I’ve been three times now the prices seem reasonable for the styles I get, the hair isn’t included so you either buy your own or pay extra to use their hair. The first two times I had Aida and loved loved loved my hair. The second time I had someone else (can’t remember her name) but I didn’t like my hair as much (ombré braids weren’t done right) and I felt like she lied about my payment. Both times I went with Aida I paid with my card and there was no extra fee or problem. This time she tells me it’s extra if I pay with my card. I recommend asking for Aida if you do go. I haven’t tried anybody else but after that last person I’d rather stick with Aida.
